How do I import subscriptions without a shipping address?

If you want to import subscriptions without a shipping address, namely for digital products, through our bulk import functionality, then you can easily do this simply by creating an import file, where you leave all shipping address fields completely blank. 
The shipping address fields/columns are the ones which start with "shipping" in the CSV import file, such as “shipping_city.”
