A customer can't login to their account in the shop. What to do?
Our app doesn't create any accounts in your shop on the customer's behalf. Customers can access their subscriptions through magic link they receive in the email, through the subscription login form accessible on /a/subscriptions/login URL or by creating an account in your shop, logging into account and by going to the /a/subscriptions URL.
The customer most likely just has to create an account in your shop.
